Living Dinners was started in December 2012 by Katie Sanderson.
Katie attended the Ballymalloe Cookery School then went on to work as a chef in chalets in the Alps, to do hotel work in Kenya, and also worked as a private chef for various catering and restaurant jobs both around Dublin and abroad.
More recently after a trip to India where she was doing a lot of yoga and eating a plant based diet, she become increasingly interested in making healthier food and so with some savings and a hunch that raw food might gain momentum decided to go to the Mathew Kenney Raw Food Academy in the states to learn more.
After coming back from the states Katie started Living dinners with the hope of showcasing raw cuisine and offering an interesting option to the pop-up scene in Dublin.
