Yoga with resident teacher Lou Horgan  will start this relaxing morning off .

Lou’s teaching style is influenced by varying schools of thought which she has woven together and combined with her own unique experience of the world to create LouYoga

Brunch/Lunch will be a multi-plated feast prepared by Katie Sanderson. Vegetarian and healthy while being playfull and exciting too.

Think Fresh avocado with amaranth popcorn and artichoke oil,Crunchy buckwheat granola with home cultured yoghurt, Black sesame and almond milk, Roasted Rhubarb, things with seaweed and more.

Brunch/Lunch will be served on one big long table in The Stables dining room with records playing and the light trickling in.
