Come join us for a Heart opening Yoga Workshop in The Fumbally Stables followed by a tasty brunch. 

Yoga will start at 10.00am. A two hour long class given by resident yoga teacher Eithne Kennedy in the style of Vinyasa Flow.

Eithne’s teaching style emphasises the importance of alignment and the breath while building strength and flexibility. She encourages you to find a balance between effort and ease, allowing you to find the space in your body that can take your practice a little deeper" 

Brunch/Lunch will be a multi-plated feast prepared by Katie Sanderson. Vegetarian and healthy with a emphasis on raw and living foods with lots of color's tastes and textures. Perfect for post Yoga munching.

Brunch will be served family style in The Stables dining room just under the studio.
