Yoga with resident teacher Eithne Kennedy will start this relaxing morning off .

Eithnes teaching style emphasis the importance of alignment and the breath while building strength and flexibility. She encourages you to find a balance between effort and ease, allowing you to find the space in your body that can take your practice a little deeper" 

Brunch/Lunch will be a multi-plated feast prepared by Katie Sanderson. Vegetarian and healthy while being playfull and exciting too.

Think Fresh avocado with amaranth popcorn and artichoke oil,Crunchy buckwheat granola with home cultured yoghurt, Black sesame and almond milk, Roasted Rhubarb, things with seaweed and more.

Brunch/Lunch will be served on one big long table in The Stables dining room with records playing and the light trickling in.
