 A two hour long class given by resident yoga teacher Lou Horgan.

Lou’s teaching style is influenced by varying schools of thought which she has woven together and combined with her own unique experience of the world to create LouYoga"

She teaches in a way that makes you feel you can take on the world and float on air. 

Brunch/Lunch will be a multi-plated feast prepared by Katie Sanderson. Vegetarian and healthy. Perfect for post Yoga munching.

Think Fresh avacado with amaranth popcorn and artichoke oil,Crunchy buckwheat granola with home cultured yoghurt, Black sesame and almond milk, Eggs cooked with a aubergine seaweed salad and lots of other tastes and textures

Brunch/Lunch will be served on one big long table in The Stables dining room with records playing and the light trickling in.
