 A demonstration class at the Fumbally Stables

A creative approach to vegetable preparation with a emphasis on healthy things & raw food techniques. 

My chance to share with a small group of people some of my favorite recipes old and new. 

Some tips on wasting less, basic fermentation such as making your own vinegar, kimchi and red cabbage sauerkraut, Raw coconut cheesecake, aubergine seaweed ( foraged) salad and much more. 

Lunch, lots of tastings and recipies to take home provided. 

Time: 10am- 3 pm-ish
