I was honored to hold the first workshops in the new kitchen space beside the stables. Over two days I did some basic Raw food and veggie workshops to a small class of people with less emphasis on precision and measuring and more on flavors, plating and changing recipes to suit yourself.
Cooking from taste rather then paper.
Its a space that is going to be hosting more workshops, creative cooking and guest speakers/fermentation experts/coffee nerds/butchers/tutors. and more.Its got the feeling of sitting in a friends kitchen.
Plus there is a room next door for hosting small intimate dinners and a beautiful yoga studio upstairs.
